As we head towards five years since Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor became the Member of Parliament for the good people of the Damongo Constituency. Within this period, his leadership has not only been impactful but transformational, touching lives, opening opportunities, and addressing long-standing developmental challenges that once held the constituency back.
Before his emergence, Damongo struggled in diverse areas—jobs were scarce, basic amenities were limited, and communities lacked access to critical information. Hon. Abu Jinapor began engaging the constituency as far back as 2016, when the NPP was in opposition. He campaigned vigorously for then parliamentary candidate Albert Kasim Dewura. After the party won the 2016 general election, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff, a role that enabled him to lobby extensively for opportunities and development for Damongo. From 2017 to date, his commitment has yielded remarkable results across key sectors.
