The gesture was in recognition of Mr. Kapori’s presence at the 2024 annual yam festival of the Chiefs and people of Dwan Traditional Area in the Sene West District of the Bono East Region. The festival, celebrated under the theme “Promoting Culture and Education Through Festivals, The Role of Traditional Leaders,” took place at Kwame Danso the district capital.

In response, Mr. Kapori thanked the Registrar and the Paramount Chief for the warm reception and pledged to make the festival an annual event. He also vowed to foster a strong relationship between the Dwan Traditional Area, Bono East Regional House of Chiefs, and the Upper East Regional House of Chiefs.
