H.E the Vice president of the Republic of Ghana and the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Alhaji Mahmoudu Bawumia has donated a brand new Rich6 Pickup to the Paramount Chief of the Busunu Traditional Area, Busunuwura Monasa Jonokpowu II.
The donation was made through the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Damongo constituency who is also the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Lawyer Samuel Abu Jinapor by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the West Gonja Municipal, Hon. Musah Karim Kusubari.
The donation is in fulfilment of a promise made by the NPP running mate when he paid a courtesy call on the Busunuwura during his recent tour to the Savannah Region.
Langatre wura who spoke on behalf of the Busunuwura expressed his gratitude to Vice president Dr Bawumia for the donation.
